My Client had called me to look at their Old Furnace for Furnace repairs in Battle Creek, It wasn't operating right. Upon Testing and Not Guessing with a Combustion Analyzer I found a Bad Secondary Heat Exchanger on this 35-year-old Heil Gas Furnace. When we changed out the HVAC system, there was a BIG hole in the secondary, not a good situation. We replaced it with a 96% Concord single-stage Natural Gas furnace with 13 SEER Air Conditioning. We Also upgraded the Vent system and the Return Air Ductwork.
